I live on five acres in the beautiful countryside of Florida's gulf coast. After building my home in 2002, I started with a bare canvas and created what I call my country home where I live with my dog George. This is my own piece of paradise which is close enough to be near a city but far enough away that I do not lose the charm of the country.
The results are in and the shit soup has proven to be a success. It has been two weeks and everything is coming up Roses. All of my plants have bursted with flowers. I think I need to buy Gumby some apples. Here are some pictures of my success.
I guess gardening is a good hobby to have. very time consuming, requires quite a bit of expertise, and, of course, requires the patience of a saint...but to see your work come to life gives you a nice sense of pride, doesnt it?
Congrats on all the Roses! Like Bane said, it is rewarding to see all the hard work pay off. You may have mentioned it in an older post, but who is Gumby? I hope your garden continues to prosper and do well. Keep up the good work!
Shit soup?... I love the way you speak so freely on your posts. Also, with the posts that only have pictures it makes commenting much faster. The roses are quite beautiful. You seem to be very good at gardening and as they said you must be proud. I hope that you continue to create such beautiful work.
